Tyler Gerig brings over 20 years of business, construction, and real estate experience to Sturges Property Group and TI Source Project Management. As our Vice President of Construction, Tyler works directly with our clients to provide a comprehensive and strategic approach to their projects helping them maximize the value they receive on those projects. Tyler also lends his valued construction experience to assist with building-related asset management strategies to optimize value, performance, and efficiency for our landlords. As part of the Executive team, Tyler assists in the strategic planning, acquisition, and oversight for all the Sturges companies.

Tyler has worked on many notable projects, including the Ivy Tech School of Technology Building, Ivy Tech Student Life Center, Parkview Field, Parkview Regional Medical Center, Parkview Mirro Center, Ronald McDonald House of Fort Wayne Renovations, Parkview Cancer Center, AEP Ardmore Service Center, Fort Wayne Pet Hospital, Carroll Centre Development, and multiple projects for the University of Notre Dame including the White Field Aerospace Engineering Building.
