Medical Corporation, in the renewal of a lease of 63,804 SF of space located at 6932 Gettysburg Pike in Fort Wayne. Sturges Property Group also provides professional property management to this property, with Tammy Canfield, CPM, serving as Property Manager.

Neal Bowman and Rebecca Worrell, both of Sturges Property Group,  recently represented the Seller, Janet Houghton, and also represented the Buyer, Hauenstein Real Estate, LLC, in the sale of 7,000 SF on 1.3 AC located at 225 Hauenstein Rd. in Huntington, Indiana.
