Office Space Transactions

Brad Sturges of Sturges Property Group recently represented the Landlord, Ashberry Eight, LLC, and also represented the Tenant, Nexus Technology Partners, LLC, in the new lease of office space located at 202 W. Berry Street in Fort Wayne.

Brady Gardner of Sturges Property Group recently represented the Seller, Nabil & Vickie Gayed, and Neal Bowman, also of Sturges Property Group, represented the Buyer, Leaders Properties LLC, in the sale of a 1,728 SF office building on 0.33 AC located at 2810 Theater Ave. in Huntington, Indiana.

Brady Gardner of Sturges Property Group recently represented the Landlord, Midwestern Office Park Acquisition, LLC, and also represented the Tenant, Summit Radiology, PC, in the lease of 5,521 SF of office space located at 7221 Engle Road in Fort Wayne.

Neal Bowman, Rebecca Worrell, and Philip Hagee, all of Sturges Property Group, recently represented the Landlord, Maplecrest Professional Center LLC, and Robert Doyle, also of Sturges Property Group, represented the Tenant, E & B Paving Inc., in the new lease of 754 SF of office space located at 6010 Brandychase Cove in Fort Wayne.

Industrial Property Transactions

Brady Gardner of Sturges Property Group recently represented the Landlord, the Trustee of the Research Drive Interstate Industrial Complex, in the renewal of a lease of 3,500 SF of industrial space located at 2202 Research Drive in Fort Wayne to Bathroom Alternatives, Inc. d/b/a Bath Fitter.

John Caffray of Sturges Property Group recently represented the Landlord, F&J Enterprises, Inc., and also represented the Tenant, Hays + Sons Construction, Inc., in the renewal of a lease of 5,116 SF located at 3819 Superior Ridge Drive in Fort Wayne.

John Caffray of Sturges Property Group recently represented the Tenant, Duncan Supply Company, Inc.,  in the lease of 36,000 SF of industrial space located at 3310 Congressional Parkway in Fort Wayne.

Neal Bowman and Rebecca Worrell, both of Sturges Property Group, recently represented the Seller, CAP Eagle, LLC, and also represented the Buyer, HRE Development, LLC, in the sale of a 3,106 SF retail building on 1.02 AC located at 1727 Apple Glen Blvd. in Fort Wayne.
