Sturges Property Group Lands Anchor Tenant for The Riverfront at Promenade Park
Sturges Property Group represented the developer in the two-story office lease for a new anchor tenant at The Riverfront at Promenade Park.
The anchor tenant will be Swiss Re, one of the world’s leading providers of reinsurance, insurance, and other forms of insurance-based risk transfer. They will be relocating their regional office, which employs nearly 200 people, to the new downtown location.
Jonathan Isherwood, CEO of Reinsurance Americas, Swiss Re says,

Sturges Property Group’s president, Brad Sturges, confirmed last week that a deal was struck with Swiss Re to occupy the second and third floors of the building for a total of 24,772 SF of commercial office space. In addition to Brad Sturges, the listing team was composed of Senior Broker, Neal Bowman, SIOR, and Listing Manager, Philip Hagee, who worked with all necessary parties to finalize the lease process for this exciting new tenant!

Over the past several years, Sturges Property Group has been involved in several downtown projects including Ash Skyline Plaza, Indiana Office Center, 202 Metro, and now the Riverfront at Promenade Park. The Riverfront at Promenade Park was completed in late 2022 and is currently leasing space to businesses and residents.
