Partnerships like these are what have led Sturges to a strong history of growth since its original founding in 1975. From those early days and continuing on through a 21-year affiliate relationship with CBRE, Barry Sturges has led the charge on every business endeavor. Today, he remains on board as Sturges Property Group’s Chief Executive Officer while Brad Sturges leads the team as company President from our corporate office located right here in the heart of Fort Wayne.

Under Barry’s leadership, Sturges Property Group has been able to hold on to decades of industry expertise while making a shift into the modern era with Brad’s new insights and guidance. Truly a dynamic duo, Barry and Brad are ushering in a new era in commercial real estate and property management by combining years of industry experience and the latest in innovation.

In addition to our respected leaders, we also have the honor of employing a team of professionals ranging in expertise from sales and leasing to property management, and development to investment services.

In 2022, we facilitated over $100 million worth of commercial real estate transactions, including the sales and leasing of office, industrial, retail, and commercial land properties. Our management portfolio consists of over 3.4 million square feet of commercial real estate.
