High Profile Investments in Fort Wayne
Sturges Property Group brokered major transactions to bring two national chain businesses to Southtown Centre in Southeast Fort Wayne, Caliber Collision and Starbucks.
Sturges Property Group’s CEO, Barry Sturges, Senior Broker, Neal Bowman SIOR, and Listing Manager, Phil Hagee, were part of a team to help bring the nation’s largest collision repair provider, Caliber Collision, to build an additional chain store on 1.62 acres of land at 7851 Southtown Crossing. This development will be their second storefront in Fort Wayne, adding to their impressive portfolio of over 1,400 locations in 40 other states.
Barry Sturges also worked with the Fort Wayne Redevelopment Commission as well as the Michigan-based developer, The Elia Group, to close on another major deal. Starbucks will lease and occupy a 2,225 SF building set to be built later this year, located at 7800 S Anthony Blvd along US 27.
In regards to this exciting news, Mayor Tom Henry says,
“I continue to be encouraged by the successful public-private partnerships that we’ve been able to develop to enhance the quality of life in Fort Wayne. Starbucks will be a popular addition to the southeast part of our community. I applaud The Elia Group, Sturges Property Group, and the Fort Wayne Redevelopment Commission as they worked together to bring a new amenity for residents and visitors.”
“Sturges Property Group is happy to be a part of this exciting public-private partnership to aid in bringing additional investments to the southeast side of Fort Wayne,” says CEO Barry Sturges, “and we will continue to work hard to help bring even more to our ever-expanding community. I thank Caliber Collision and Starbucks for helping to bolster additional growth to this quadrant of Fort Wayne.”
Sturges Property Group is seeking additional businesses to not only find success in this growing community but to also aid in the development of Southeast Fort Wayne. Multiple land tracts are still available! Those interested may reach out to us by calling or emailing to get started.
