Wrapping Up 50 Years In Business
As 2025 draws close, we reflect on Sturges Property Group’s 50th year in business. We are so grateful to our clients, partners, employees, and community who have made the past 50 years truly worthwhile.
Reaching our 50th year in business has inspired us to look back not only on what we’ve accomplished, but on what it took to get here. President Brad Sturges shared his thoughts on our milestone:
“I’ve noticed several great Northeast Indiana companies celebrating their 50th anniversary this year, and Sturges Property Group is proud to be among them. A little research shows that 1975 was an especially challenging time economically, making it an extraordinary achievement to found a company then and to navigate through five decades of change.
For 50 years, Sturges Property Group has weathered the good, the bad, and the ugly of the real estate industry and endured numerous branding and name changes. Through it all, we’ve adapted, persevered, and grown stronger, including launching several affiliate companies that now proudly employ over 100 people around the state.
In my 23 years with the company, I’ve witnessed firsthand how our commitment to always doing the right thing for our clients, our employees, and our community has given us the reputation we have today. It is a true honor to be part of this legacy, and I’m excited for the years ahead.”
Brad’s reflection captures what has always defined Sturges Property Group: a willingness to adapt, a focus on doing what’s right, and a commitment to the people and communities we serve.
We began as just three great men—Founder and CEO Barry Sturges and his former business partners Lowell Griffin and Gary Trent. Today, we have grown to seven affiliate companies and over 100 employees, yet we remain committed to our values.
